These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the SMS (text message) program operated by Sugar + Spoon ("we," "us," "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Sugar + Spoon uses SMS for one-to-one customer-service conversations, including answering questions and discussing your specific inquiry or booking. Messages are limited to the subject you contacted us about or specifically agreed to discuss by text. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How to opt in

You can consent to conversational SMS messages by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or catering inquiry form.
If you text Sugar + Spoon first, we may respond to that specific inquiry. Your initial message does not enroll you in unrelated or ongoing messaging.
Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS communications. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or make a purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with Sugar + Spoon.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
